Min floor Additions are the most common form of additions to an existing home.

Structurally, the addition can sit on  poured concrete foundation walls but can also be built on the more economical concrete piers.

The exterior finish can be brick (if the poured concrete foundation option was chosen) or can also be build with a form of exterior siding (which is obviously more economical).

Our design and estimating team can complete a needs analysis, highliting the advantages and disvantages of each alternative.
